Product:
The HPS Foundation Repair and Lift System are available in two shaft diameters 2 7/8” and 3 1/2”; which meet most expected structural loads and soil conditions. HPS’ Dura-Lift Bracket for 2 7/8” is available for two load and lift applications, 45,000 lbs. and 72,000 lbs. The Dura-Lift foundation bracket system is designed to fit over the pier and under the concrete foundation so the structure can be lifted back to a level position.
Engineering:
Our HPS engineering and technical teams offer years of foundation repair experience. HPS Engineers and technicians assist in determining the placement of the lift system throughout the structure. Proper placement ensures the structural load is evenly spread across the system and that each load point does not exceed the working capacity of the pier and bracket system.
Support:
HPS engineering and support services provide the customer with engineered design specifications, applicable engineered drawings, soils report evaluation and pile design. HPS assists Certified Dealers with submittals for bid/tender, assistance with Load Testing and installation.
Installation:
HPS has large complement of experienced and Certified Dealers throughout North America trained to install foundation repair products exactly as designed and specified. A minimal 9K hydraulic drive head is required to install helical pier repair products.
